Akalifa Luxury Homes acts as a platform connecting users and is not a party to contracts formed between buyers, renters, and property owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to courts located in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
